I made this recipe for my husband's birthday. And it was a hit! Even with my inlaws! I was concerned that my family may not care for the pate. But it was so mild and a nice flavor that blended perfectly. Even my picky kids loved it. The meat, the meat the meat. It melted in your mouth. The sauce was heavenly.
The recipe was so well organized that a novice cook would shine with this dish.
We now have a family favorite for our special occasions. And I came across as a master of a chef on this one.
