Eyecatcher

A wonderful story that follows the relationships between three generations of men in the same family. But this isn't Grandpa, Homer and Bart (although there is humour) - the characters in this book are almost playing a game with each other, and as the story unfolds you get a real understanding of how this affects the individuals and, more importantly, why they do the things they do.

The insight that Ed displays allows a depth of understanding of the subjects that is rarely seen - a fantastic observation of the human condition from this English author.

As far as I can ascertain this is one of his first publications - surely one to watch in the future.
