As an experienced manufacturing executive and implementer of several MRPII systems, I found Working the Plan to be informative and worth the read. The format was especially valuable in that it convincingly made the "case for RPM" in the first chapter, provided good educational materials in a workshop format, and covered some excellent RPM implementation issues.
