What a surprice this cookbook holds for the experienced as well as the beginning cook. There are recipes that will make your mouth water in antisipation. The wild game section is wonderful, as well as the casserole sections for family's on the go. There are special recipes even for diabetic family memebers. Would be a fantastic gift for the new bride or grandma, brother, sister, daughter's hope chest (do they still have hope chests these days). Well worth the money spent. Once you see the book you will be glad you took the incentive to order it.

Great List of Recipes!

I'm buying a copy payday! The index blew me away! It reads like a real cookbook! The wild game section sold me. I need some good pheasant recipes. I can't wait to get one. If they taste good as they sound I'll be eatin' darn good!
