My favourite part of the book was when Jason killed the Doctor with his "touch of ice" as that truly captured the power of what being a vampire is. Other than that, I found the build up of the relationship between Jason and Guy a little too shallow for my liking, Jason's inablility to man up a little too annoying (even after he was sired!), Guy's character a bit confusing (like, was he supposed to be the strong silent type, or was he supposed to be all needy and dependent?). There was no passion, just sex (maybe all those years of Mills and Boon have spoiled my perception of romance, or me being straight, I dont understand the happenings of a gay relationship, but there definetely could have been more on the passion side.) Lack of suspense and spelling errors were another problem. And dude...Vampires that get killed by guns?!!!! Come on!!! Talk about killing it for the rest of us!
But, I read the whole book, so I suppose it wasnt bad. Im starting with Inner Demons, so I will let you know soon.
