This book really did make me laugh out loud - a lot. I couldn't put it down. I loved Nikki Racklin's writing style, full of self-deprecating humour and wry observation. Would highly recommend this and, like others, can't wait to read her next book.
This really makes you chuckle. Every paragragh and chapter makes you want to continue to find out the next installment of the crazy antics of Nikki on her journey to unfound fame. A great read.

Wow what a rib tickler! I laughed all the way through. An endearing and warm insight in to the crazy world of 'rock and roll'. Full of witty tales and interesting characters, you can't help but fall in love with the ever ambitious Nikki, as she strives for stardom.
I totally loved this little book - really made me laugh. Excellent pix as well, very evocative and the author's tone is pleasingly wry. I hope her next book isn't too long coming...
Nikki Racklin's story is broken up into succinct sections and introduces us to a colourful mix of entertaining music industry characters. I thoroughly enjoyed this refreshing book and found myself laughing out loud in public places! A follow-up, pls!
This is highly entertaining. i particularly liked the letter to Bruce Springsteen and the breakdown of Racklin's 'all star' super group, Johnny Colt et al. The angst of her struggle has been turned into a really fun read. Absolutely loved it!
If you want a light, breezy read and a really good laugh, this is the book for you. Nikki Racklin has got a great way with words and I fell for her 'protagonist' in a big way. Who'd want a career in the music business? Not me! Highly recommended.
This book is hillarious. The author's ability to see the humour and recount her story with not only an accessible writing style, but also a humbling strength is inspriring. We all have a story like this but Ms. Racklin has had the guts to share hers and dig deeply into her experience. This validates her identity and teaches us to do the same. Highly recommended.
