Hi! My name is Meranda and I want to learn to cook. My mom is teaching me and this is the cookbook we're using. It's important to remember that kids come in all shapes, sizes and abilities (just like adults). So don't get upset if your mom and dad won't let you do certain things. Hey, this is my cookbook and there's stuff in here that my mom and dad won't let me do, like get hot pans out of the oven and cook stuff in the skillet. That's ok. That's not the really fun part anyway. I like mixing it all together (especially when I get to use my hands.) And that reminds me, don't forget to wash your hands before you start cooking.
