Dear friends! We are all faced with huge difficulties when trying to develop in children an interest in and love for knowledge and at the same time, teach them about virtues. We have found an excellent way of responding to this challenge – placing material which we want children to learn in fascinating, moral stories, fairytales and poems. When a story or poem touches a child’s heart, he or she is likely to remember all the details. We started work on this project 12 years ago. Since then, we have published 29 books in the Kind Country series for children in Russian. We would like to make these books available for the rest of the world. This is the first book in the Kind Education series. The book contains more than 100 poems, tasks and creative games about mathematics. Kind Country stays with your child when he or she is kind and helpful. These books invite children to participate in a journey to the Kind Country. There they will discover why it is important to be wise, responsible and brave.
