Just waited 20 days for my order from Lulu and upon checking with customer service I've been given the run around. They want me to cancel order and re-order. Live Chat is worthless. Paypal debited account and yet they claim no payment received and yet they want me to send them an another payment.....NEVER buy form Lulu

I purchased the How to Build a Mission Gate booklet. I went to a couple of Home Depots looking for the parts mentioned in the book since prior to purchasing, the advertising said all parts were available there (the cover of the booklet also says this). They didn't have any of the parts mentioned in the book. Most I was able to substitute with other parts. However the stool piece was not available, nor was there anything similar. I also tried Lowes and Menards and they have nothing that will work instead of this piece. We had to use a router to get the required piece, when the book specifically says you will not need to use a router. I emailed Gates2U and they never responded.

I also emailed Gates2U two times that the web address mentioned in the book to obtain measuring assistance and to answer questions (password protected) was not working. This site is still not working and they never responded to my emails.

You can still build a gate using this book but don't expect it to be as easy as they say it will be. Also don't expect any customer service from this company as they just ignore your emails.
