"No, kidding! These are truly "Recipes to Die For!!" We have recently started a home business and, just like Cathy and Tom, our roles reversed and no longer was my wife the designated cook, shopper, and menu planner. I finally had the time to pursue a deep passion for creating through cooking and found I, too, had a real natural gift. The Tilapia Pecan Crusted Fish will even please the taste buds of a non-fish loving person!! My children weren't even aware that it was fish until after they scarfed it down. And most of all, you have got to try the chicken with spinach, portabello mushrooms and red onions. It is like dining out in the privacy of your own home and a perfect meal to impress your guests. And top it off with Bananas Foster for dessert and they will sing your praises. $5.95 is a steal for this treasure chest of recipes. Bon Apetit!!!!"

My wife and I constantly reference this cookbook when we want to treat ourselves to extremely good tasting dinners. Every single one of these recipes is a winner -- no waste-of-time dud recipes like there are in most other cookbooks. Highly recommended!
