I really love this book. I've read it several times and each time it makes me smile. It reminds me of what it was like growing up with my sisters. I also love the simple yet beautiful illustrations. A great gift for sisters of all ages!

I really like the concept here; that is, that we are what we do, and we can do, and therefore be, many different things. I also like that the sisters don't always get along, but they always love each other. I will get this book for my little preschool granddaughters, ages 4 and 2 1/2. They will love it - even if grandma has to explain what some of the big words, like "competitors", mean.
LOVE THIS BOOK! [ No Rating ] 8 Jan 2007
I just love this book, and I don't even have a sister! The simple, yet lovely illustrations and descriptions of how sisters are friends, partners, and co-conspirators, make me feel as if maybe I lost out by not having one. This book would also make a lovely gift for adult sisters as well.
