Percy - a Greek cat

Percy (actually a lady called Persephone) is a cat I have "known" for several years. With her distinctive colouring (and friendly temperament) Percy is easily recognisable.
When I am in Greece she visits regularly for a drink of "Nou Nou", Greek evaporated milk. She has had many kittens, and by now will be a several times great grandmother.
This photo is the cover image on my Greece 2007 cats calendar.
There are other photos in Cats Galore showing Percy on her favourite perch, a stone wall with a view of the mountain above Katapola called Minoa.
A word on cats' names. I tend to give names to cats I 'meet' regularly in Greece - Percy is the name I have given to this cat. I guess that other visitors 'meet' this cat just as regularly and give her their own names. And of course she will have her own Greek name given to her by her Greek human friends.
