Description:

Corrections and/or alternatives will be offered, for errors such as wrong words, wrong spelling, punctuation, word and tense consistency. This service does not include character dating or factual inaccuracies. This service is not suitable for technical manuscripts. The edit will take around four weeks, but if the client has an urgent deadline, this can be discussed. Acceptable formats; Word or any Office programme that can be easily modified only. No PDFs accepted. Before the document is sent, we would prefer an initial contact email (with "Non-fiction Light edit" in the subject line) outlining any special requests, then on receipt of my confirmation, the document can be sent. The price quoted is for up to 80,000 words only. For documents over this total, please contact us for details.

Highly recommend Mark !

If you're in the same position I was in when choosing an editor or proofreader, I can gladly tell you I was very happy with Mark's work and work ethic, and I will be using Mark for my next book.

Why ? Good on email which is important, worked around a tight deadline, provided good advice, and did a great job !

After going over and over (and over) my latest book The Next 20,000: After the Heart Attack, the Statins and Restenosis, I was a bit reluctant to pay someone to go over it one last time. What else could there be to correct?

I contacted Angel Editing Services with a list of questions and received a prompt and friendly reply from Mark. Mark's corrections/improvements to 2 sample chapters I sent him convinced me to send him the complete manuscript. After reviewing all the changes Mark made in my manuscript, I can only regret not knowing about this service when writing and editing my previous book.

Although the service is specifically for grammar/usage editing and not content verification, Mark did draw my attention to a factual mistake I made. Bottom line: friendly, courteous, professional service - highly recommended.
