Description:

Mary Small, age nine, finds herself immersed in a mystery when a stranger starts dumping junk in the yard of the dilapidated house just up the knoll from her family Victorian country home. Danger lurks as shots are fired in the night, her cat disappears, her house is broken into and Mary is threatened. Why is all of this happening? Will Mary and Amy, her inquisitive 12-year-old cousin, be able to solve, “The Mystery of the Small Tower” before the stranger does? Will their friendship endure the search for family treasure?
