Description:

Cassandra, a young girl in the town of Rethold, is convicted of heresy by the local clergy. Her crimes magnify as she is proven to be gifted with mystical powers, and her death sentence is overturned by a mysterious visitor who starts her off on a path that will later become legendary.

Focused primarily on the character Cassandra Retholden, the Cassandra Cycle is a collective of short stories set in the Kingdom of Emor. The Cycle itself provides for a look into Cassandra's past and rise to fame, through five short stories depicting her origins and rise to the Arcanic's Council.

The additional stories will whet the appetite of readers for a deeper dive into Emor's world, placing the reader in the shoes of heroes, villains, and ordinary people just trying to get through a day of work.

The long-anticipated anthology from Jesse Pohlman is here, reigniting the flames of Emor with a bang!
