The calendar contains a series of photographs of houseboats, marinas and other nautical themes in the Northwest. In the original no doubt interesting, but as "paintings" developed in the "electronic dark room" using Adobe Elements 4.0, they are made quite striking and intriguing. Some, like the street scene, are of course more striking then others, but all demonstrate how Elements can be used to meld drawing and watercolor techniques.
