This book, like a vestibule itself, is intended to serve as an introduction to a larger body of work.

From the author: For the pathologically closed minded, this book may invoke a variety of iconoclastic tendencies. For others, this book will simply provide an entrance into the very rabbit hole I have found myself in. As a writer, I hope to express my thoughts in a way that can be easily understood - with plenty of pictures and direct quotations. As a teacher, I hope to leave no stone unturned. As I write this book, it is not my goal to show you the light at the end of the tunnel, but to illuminate the tunnel itself.
