On Decantur: "...Beautiful, evocative piece..." "...Lyrical and haunting...." "...transported me to a strange and beautiful place..."
in this work, I approached it with somewhat of an "ancient aesthetic"- I wished to layer delicate strands of musics and have them "play around" each other in a sensual counterpoint (more like interplay) of minimalist lines- hence the use of the frottola samples (and their sound-designed variations). It yielded a work of delicate and surreal beauty...and it is very french. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it!
