Syllable is an advanced, open-source desktop operating system under development. It is exciting, easy to use and extremely fast, with extraordinarily low system requirements. It runs on your Intel-compatible PC with a minimum of a Pentium processor and 32 MB of main memory. Please surf to http://web.syllable.org/pages/about.html for extensive information. This is the download version of the Premium CD. Download the Syllable ISO image. Please make sure that the download was correct. Burn the .iso file to a CD, but as a CD image, not as a data file. Please make sure that the CD was burned correctly, preferably by having your burning application read it back and compare it. Restart your computer. Make sure that your computer can boot from the CD: you may have to set this in the computer BIOS. Follow the complete installation instructions in the INSTALL.TXT file on the CD to install Syllable.
