This poetry was written from my mid teens to very early twenties. During this time I was very optimistic about the journey of life and finding love and my place in the world. A great comic once said that “A broken heart for a boy is like a diploma for manhood”. This small collection of poems tells my story… from a naive boy to a broken hearted young man, this poetry reveals the harsh reality of the journey toward manhood!
