If I were pushed for an adjective to describe my reading experience with Patricia's "Inspiration for the Happy Heart", it would be superb. From front to back I read till I finished. I turned it over and contemplated what I'd read and it seemed replete what was there. I was happier for reading it and that was the objective.
The illustratiions, the verse, the woodcarvings, the writing and the reviews were all first class and I must state it was a real pleasure to read. My favorite part was the "Heart Mandala." This section typifies the the Happy Hearts concepts expressed and gives me the opportunity to create my own colorful version of fun to display on my desk or to send to loved ones. All in all, Patricia, "Inspiration for the Happy Heart" is professional in manner, amateurish in its play and Olympic in its caring. Good to know someone who has written such a splendid book.
