This book is a great read! A sweet love story with an absorbing plot and a twist ending that will have you wanting more! Personally, I enjoyed the whole book but what I really want to highlight is that the storyline is superb! I am amazed that the author was able to pull it off without the story seeming too silly.
The tantalizing narratives of man-to-man sex, beginning with the first chapter, admittedly lustful with no phony pretenses, do great to jump start the heart. But, if you're reading it alone, "Rainbow Song" might come in handy for some solo action.
Exciting page turner! [ No Rating ] 13 Jun 2005
This book touches upon the hardships of living an alternative gay lifestyle beautifully. I actually finished reading it in 4 days! I immediately fell in love with the character Madison (Chuck’s best friend), who reminded me so much of my own. The story is definitely engrossing, and not entirely cheesy/predictable. Although the ending left me hanging, wondering what was going to happen next. The switching view of narrative from reflections of the main characters past got me a little confused, but overall the book was great. This book wonderfully demonstrates how love is love, regardless of who you love, but how you love and following your heart.
