'The Tree and the Horse' is a comedy set in Ireland. Deirdre and Barry work for a company that makes souvenirs for the Irish tourist market. They spend their days painting plates or jugs or figurines. It's a quiet, uneventful life, but the peace comes to an end when they meet Bobby, one of their co-workers, a man with an unhealthy interest in breaking car windows and getting revenge on their boss.
