I am offering this collection of notes that I sent to President Bush via the RNC, in order to demonstrate the longstanding political opposition towards President Bush and his policies throughout these most difficult years. Since these notes are ordered according to month and year, they show how little the political environment really does change over time. Interestingly, the opposition’s talking points and attacks that are designed to undermine the Bush policies have remained essentially the same throughout these years of the Bush presidency. Then the most important element in all of these notes, is the apparent failure on the part of the Bush Administration to give a satisfactory explanation for our global war against these Islamic Fundamentalists. Sadly, this failure has allowed the opposition to define who is and who is not a legitimate part of our global war against terrorism, which undermines the very war itself.
