INFORMATIVE, AND NOT HEAVY, CONSIDERING THE PROCESS CAN GET QUITE COMPLICATED. NOW MY OWN BOOK COVERS A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE, THAT OF SIMPLY BEING THROUGH IT ALL.
THANK YOU MS. ROSE.

Do I like to crossdress? Yes.
Am I gay? Yes.
Am I transsexual? That one had me stumped. If it has you stumped, or you're still trying to figure out what that T in GLBT means, "How To Change Your Sex" by Lannie Rose is for you. As witty as it is informative, this is a wonderful guide that explains everything you want to know about making the move from male to female, or the other way around.
Although the book is educational, it's anything but a dry, clinical study. It's an entertaining read written with warmth, humor, and the kind of human touch that can only come from personal insight.
Whether you're like me when it comes to the transsexual question, or even if you've answered it with a definitive yes or no, "How To Change Your Sex" demystifies a subject that many still find confusing. A very worthwhile read.
In a treatment that covers pretty much all the basics of transgenderism and includes a fairly comprehensive look at such topics as gender dysphoria, gender reassignment surgery, transgender sexuality and many other subjects, Lannie manages to keep it humorous.
I have read a lot of books on this topic, but Lannie's is absolutely the best choice for somebody new to the subject matter. She is never preachy or argumentative, unlike a number of other authors I have encountered.
