At this time when cesarean section rates have reached 40%, Zuki is a rare find and a true warrior for preserving natural birth and empowering women to trust themselves and their babies. Zuki provides a wealth of information from pregnancy and birth to raising a child in a wholistic, conscious, spiritual, mindful environment. I highly recommend this book to any pregnant woman be it her first or her tenth. It is most definitely a must for those of us seeking to choose our own path to birth (at home) and be empowered by the journey and the end result without worry of any medical interventions whatsoever. Zuki is a true healer.

This book contains a well of information and is a must for anyone who considers natural child birth. Zuki's knowledge, experience and compassion shines through her writing, and the many stories in the book are both inspiring and encouraging to read. Well done!
