A tale of a young couple who are experiencing fertility problems. Don Reeve has a very low sperm count and they eventually are put on the IVF program without success. Later on they discover a clinic that offers success or your money returned, situated near Heidleburg in Germany. Their visit is successful but Don had had to take the money fron his work and he is arrested shortly afterwards, sentenced to spend time in prison. The baby is born after his release but there is something amiss that crops up when their son needs a blood transfusion, neither of them are compatible! What is the secret of this clinic? Don needs to travel back to Germany to discover a web of intrigue designed to sabotage the European Union Monetary conference in Frankfurt, but how could this bear any relation to his personal problems?
