This is the best book a beginner could ever buy! Get this one and you'll need no other. It's loaded with pictures, diagrams and explanations that are clear, easy to follow and take you step by step from the basic start to finishing. Then there are intermediate and more advanced techniques just as clearly pictured and explained to take you farther. This book has something for everyone who is interested in tri loom weaving.
I am a new at triloom weaving and with Barbara Herdman's book I was able to
teach myself the technique and begin a project with ease. The photos and
detailed explanations are a great aid for the beginner. The book has many
advanced techniques as well with which I will experiment as I gain proficiency with triloom weaving (which is great fun, by the way!). I am not typically a
person who submits reviews but I wanted to give this self published book its due.

What a great job Barb has done for us all! The book was hardly out of the wrapper when I grabbed the first two balls of yarn my hand came to... I wanted to try Althea. I intend to try some of the others today, as well. This book will satisfy beginner and more advanced Tri-weavers equally. This is really a thorough and comprehensive book and just what Tri weaving has been needing. Thank you for your years of laboring to bring this book into being!
