Description:

This is John O'Loughlin's first and, to-date, only attempt at writing a dictionary, in which the terms follow alphabetically in chronological spelling order, and, needless to say, it's in conjunction with the ideological philosophy of Social Transcendentalism that such a project was initially launched, with, it would appear, an acceptable degree of structural and thematic credibility to warrant such a portentous title.

This so-called dictionary of Social Transcendentalism has the merit of being concise and formal, with due chronological deference to the plethora of terms usually associated, one way or another, by the author with the philosophy in question. One cannot pretend that it is complete, but it goes some way towards establishing a basis from which to explore in greater detail the terms under consideration, not all of which are original.
