Description:

DAWN OF THE LIFE is a composite of two previous texts, viz. 'The Transcendental Future' (1980) and 'The Way of Evolution' (1981) and therefore combines dialogues with essays in a largely philosophical text which has the merit of both a lengthy introduction and a summational aphoristic appendix, as per custom for John O'Loughlin's works at this comparatively early stage of his development as a self-taught philosopher, or thinking literary writer. The 'dawn' in this instance is a new one, and the 'life' has more to do with eternity than with anything temporal, much less infinite.

Composed of material from two earlier texts, this comilation of dialogues, essays, and maxims and/or aphorisms is nonetheless stylistically and thematically integrated enough to form a viable entity in its own right, being at the dawn of John O'Loughlin's philosophical commitment to transcendentalism and to all things omega-orientated such that, by their very 'reborn' nature, defy alpha-stemming fundamentalism. A must for the student of this author's philosophical evolution.
