I found the story of Herman the Homeless Crab to be a great story to read to my kids who are 4 & 7. The story is a good metphor about life and growing up and finding the right place for you. My kids enjoyed it and got the humor in it which is for all ages. Kudos to the author. — Holly Bikakis
I love the drawings. They feel so... Warm, I guess.
I might buy one for my cousin. :D

Kudos to the Author! Story is a great narrative about learning to be yourself in a world where there are so many wrong paths you can follow. Loved the beach inspired illustrations-Spot on!
There is a subliminal message about TOO much trash on the beach...Great read for kids 2-10 years old. And adults too!
