Description:

This portfolio presents a collection of studies exploring the application of state-system thinking to selected topics associated with computer science. My purpose includes: 1. Providing a mathematically rigorous, consistent, sometimes more explicit presentation of the material, thus enabling better understanding on the part of both teacher and student. 2. Discovering incompleteness and sometimes ambiguity or even error in our standard treatments of some subjects. 3. Enabling new ways to extend our mastery of computer science, both along theoretical lines and along lines of engineering technology and application.
