Joumana Medlej's collection of tutorials should be on every commercial artists' book shelf!
I bought this book from her a while ago and wanted to work with it before I could give it a proper comment. Since I have clients that ask for 'ethnic' looks for their designs, Cedarseed's totorials are an excellent and quick source for such a thing. Her draftmanship is highly skilled and she treats ethnicity with the upmost respect!
I highly recommend this reference book.

If you are already an artist this book may not teach you anything you do not know, BUT it certainly cannot hurt. I am glad to have found and purchased it and it already has a place in my backpack. I love the section on birds. Nice details.
