The government’s monies and attentions have turned to promoting its new reality show, All The President’s Daughters, and figuring out how to safely invade Canada. But, high in the wooded mountains of Washington state, two men are working feverishly to build their own rockets, to reclaim for humanity the lost estate of outer space.
