It has been years since the Embassy joined forces with the Federation and established the dominant fighting power is the universe. It seems now, however, a few Federation officials have reason to believe that an alien forcer, far beyond anything humans have ever experienced before, is coiming our way. In an attmept to create a new breed of super-human warriors to fight these aliens, the Federation has constructed a new training program far beyond anything they haver ever ventured to undertake. When 17-year-old Buzz Spawding receives a proposal to participate in this new, state-of-the-art program, he must begin to make decisions for himself. While at training, he must make new friends, as well as learn to recognize hi enemies. When Buzz discovers that the program is being sabotaged, it is his duty to right the wrongs and ensure that humans remain the superior beings in the universe.
