A well written book with very hard-to-find pictorial references, professionally explained.
The black and white pictures are very good, and even if not of the same level of other b/w or color ones of top pictorial books, (that anyway have a much higher cost and often aren't in english) they hold the ground fairly well.
The perfect bound too allows scans, but either for the quality of my scanner or for matters related to printing quality (mine was one of the very first copies) I'm not able to achieve very high quality scans (yet...).
