Having grown up on a large ranch in Wyoming, we were set on a diet of "meat & potatoes!" My wife read this book first, and has applied many recipes from the Cookbook. I was the toughest "sell" to convert / transform my lifestyle & diet. Thank you Mrs Sellers -you probably saved my life. The Book is beautiful in sequence, logic and factual documentation -all of which I needed as a lay reader -without a nutrition or medical background. I LOVE THIS BOOK ! Since my reading, I've received the same response from friends who have borrowed it. Nowhere else in the world have I been able to find such a comprehensive book that categorizes the spectrum of foods - grains, veggies, fruits, meats etc - into proper diet/intake logic. The book is not only an easy read, but could be used again & again as a reference. This book could literally cure the health problems that plague our society now...you name it: obesity, heart trouble, ADHD, etc. My money's on this diet of choice. Thanks to the Sellers' for distilling their composite knowlege to print in a wonderful book. LtCol(ret) Kevan C. Larsen, Hinesville/Ft Stewart, GA
