The quintessential book on the Small Munsterlander in this country. Tips on training to reviews of character and confirmation, plus first hand accounts and stories related to this very beguiling and useful breed abound. Many, many great pictures make this a book for everyone that owns a SM or is considering a puppy.

As an owner of Small Munsterlanders, I have found this book to be a great addition to my library. Paul and Vibeke Jensen emigrated from Denmark to the US more than 35 years ago and brought with them an interest in this little versatile continental hunting breed. They imported dogs and started breeding them in the US. They went on to found the Small Munsterlander Club of North America. This book is a personal tale of their love of the breed and it provides a comprehensive background and reference manual on the care and training of these dogs. The book is well illustrated with photos. Don Knaus provided the introduction and contributed professional writing expertise.
This a great reference on a wonderful dog breed.
