Description:

Three-year-old Seth Torres is quiet, watchful, smart and autistic. Cartoonist Karen Montague-Reyes depicts this complex disability as never before—through the power of a comic strip. Faced with a long road ahead, Seth can count on his loving, good-humored family to always watch his back! Follow the feisty Torres family, led by tenacious wife and mother Eve as they persevere through the toddler’s developmental delays, early intervention, and diagnosis in "Circling Normal".

Can't say enough things about this wonderful cartoonist. She really brings a sharp eye to "real" family in her strip and this book takes a fresh look at the pain, joy, frustration and humor of living with a child with autism. I hope there will be more compilations of from her strip to come.
