In this book, Deborah Ashe provides a very modern, laid back, view of self help. She encompasses the traditional use of spells and aromatherapy with contemporary aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy.
Including quick spells for day to day use as well as recepies and gift ideas, this delightful book has it all for those in need of a quick pick-me-up. Despite the credentials of the English born witch, Deborah Ashe provides a jargon free, easy to follow guide with the emphasis on, “doing what makes you happy”.
A highly enjoyable read, I look forward to more titles in the series.
