Description:

This book was made to share with others who maybe able to relate to it. I have been writing for most of my life and decided that I should collect some of my favorites and publish them. The one thing that motivated me most to put my words to print was my daughter. The event of loosing her to SIDS inspired a few of the more potent poems in this book.I hope some of these words let others know they are not alone in many struggles throughout life.My goal is to offer my heart to others through my words. In doing so I intend to donate an amount of this book's earnings to the American SIDS Institute. I believe there is a cure to this awful disease and no one should have to loose a child from it.I appreciate anyone who has taken the time to read this book and I hope that in some way my words have inspired you.

Good work fill with amazing passion. [ No Rating ] 8 Feb 2008
Great writers are never difficult to notice especially when they put their pen down to write from the depth of their hearts for the world to see. Incredible piece of work you have put together and nicely done too.

Great Poetry. [ No Rating ] 14 Oct 2007
I’ve just read Modest Words by Jamie Hatfield and I found it to be very rich in emotion. There’s a lot of anger, depression, and hurt being felt throughout this E-book that you feel sorry for the author.

This book is Hatfield’s first collection of poetry and I can see maturing through future collections. Please get this book or E-book and you will read what I mean.

I must admit I dont understand petry too much and the only author I ever have liked was Francois Villon...
But this book seems original and if find time to read it very carefully I might like it. ;-)

This work is very poetic and is a wonderful collection of serious deep thoughts. Very intriguing and sometimes startling (in the good way). The author has spent a great deal of time and effort in putting together this compilation of dark yet thought filled ballad of her life. Great work and wonderful piece. I highly recommend it.

Modest Words These Are Not [ No Rating ] 23 Aug 2007

Ironic it is, that what seem to be words coming from a modest being, a modest heart are so deep and meaningful.

People very sensitive and some who may be hurt inside can very well co-relate with these emotions and these poems.

Beautiful Words, as always

well, I may not be able to fully accurately assess the depth of this book considering I've taken my merry time readin thru it, busy life, you know the life of an artist, never slows down, but so far, I can truly say these poems reflect every piece of Celestos that I've come to appreciate and embrace as a friend, and I'm so very proud to have her as a part of my family of friends, so with that said, if there was a star system I'd give it 5 stars, if there was a rating 1 to 10 I'd give it a 25, excellent work, and keep it up, or I'll eatchu =^_^=-Draco Tha Mofukkin Unholy

The book cover in whole really sets a heartfelt tone for what is to come from this very personal compilation of poetry. Every poem presented in the preview and the following acknowledgment was full-bodied in length and meaningful in purpose. Ms. Hatfield indicated in her description that she hopes to inspire others. Her mission was accomplished in its entirety.
