A pamphlet of 16 pages. Spiritual ambition is quite a different cup of tea from the purely secular brand. Spiritual ambition has more restrictive boundaries and limitations. There is not as much freedom to connive and to manipulate people. Nor can you step on your brother’s back to attain your goal. Spiritual ambition is driven and guided by LOVE. The Christian who wants to “be somebody” has to operate by the laws of selflessness and reaching out to help others. This of course casts a pall of divine rejection on any work, great or small, that is based on any other motivation.
