Remember every birth you attend with a customizable birth log. The CD includes 4 different designs for vaginal deliveries and 2 for cesarean deliveries that you can print yourself (in MS Word). There are 10 different customizable footprint sheet/birth certificate designs (in MS Publisher). There are 16 designs for infant t-shirts (in jpg format). Simply print the image on transfer paper on your printer and iron onto a shirt to promote your practice or as a gift for clients. You may use the image files for any purpose, including web sites, brochures and other advertising.
