During a storm, a traveller arrives tired at a mountain inn. He is travelling towards the sea, which he has never seen but dreams of.
The innkeeper’s daughter, when she hears of it, decides to go herself in search of the sea and leaves as well.
In the beginning of her journey a lightning falls on the inn killing everyone there.
Without knowing of these deaths the young woman goes on her journey in search of the world, the life and finally the sea
This is a tragedy written in a poetic style although in prose.
