This is a beginner's pattern for knitting a scarf with all 24 runes of the Elder Futhark. The pattern "flips" in the middle so that the runes are shown in their proper right-side-up form on both sides as the scarf hangs down. Also, "the Beguiling of Gylfi", a Norse myth, is included, just for fun.
