Every Fourth Of July over a half million people gather along the Ohio River for an all day party ending with a spectacular fireworks show. But this year terrorists have seized the fireworks and have attached poison nerve gas capsules to every rocket. Once the people have gathered along the river the Terrorists demand 10 million dollars and their leader released from jail or they will fire off the rockets with the nerve gas killing 1/2 million people. Will the FBI meet their demands in time or will the slaughter begin?
