Here is the 5th volume in a massive collection of road and bridge records for Granville County, N.C. There are (at this point in time) 5 volumes of road records and one volume of bridge records. There is a possibility of a 6th volume for road, but more towards the civil war and modern era. Never the less, this book is a continuation of the effort to document road petitions in the State Archives. Images of each record is provided and a short transcript. Signatures are not transcribed. Names, locations, and key words are all indexed for searching.
