On 7th July 1981 I put pen to paper and made the first entry in a teenage diary. The sole purpose of the diary was an attempt to pad out my drama project, something that would count towards my overall qualification. It's a typically angsty missive full of 'me', 'I' and 'hate'. The diary comes to an abrupt end 9 months later. 25 years later, having successfully withdrawn from 7 years of codienne addiction, I felt the need to write about it, only this time the medium would be a computer and the internet. This book is the result of a year's worth of 'blogging' on the social networking site myspace.
