Harry Blake, and his boat 'Expatriat', become a Diplomatic Hospitality facility operating in the Middle East during his family's struggle for revenge against an IRA killer. After Magnus Branagan's brutal murder of two of their sons, and an embarrassing attack on an army barracks in England, a contract is put out on Branagan by the IRA heirarchy.
