The Promise is a short sweet fantasy romance. Katy’s mother is gypsy and her father is fae of the sun and stars. Micael is a selkie of the sand and sea. They love each other, but can find no way to be together. Katy comes back to the shore to tell Micael of the child conceived. Will he give in to family tradition and steal the child? Kidnap Katy?
